2016 WOMEN TEXAS FILM FESTIVAL IS NOW ACCEPTING SUBMISSIONS

A not-for-profit organization, WTFF screens qualified films that have women in at least one key creative role: Writer, Producer, Director, Cinematographer, Editor, Composer. The WTFF also organizes a host of activities for the festival focused on the craft and artistry of filmmaking, including moderated Q&As with filmmakers, panel discussions, networking events, and a gala night with filmmaker red carpet.

There’s a lingering problem in the film industry as women are still highly underrepresented in key creative roles in film and TV. To that we say #WTFF? We are answering a call to action, and we invite you to join us. Organized as a collective force, highlighting the best that women in film can do, together we can make a change for more opportunities for all the talented creative women working in their craft.
